Refund policy

Each item is made just for you, so I don't accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer's remorse or accidental orders.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 14 days of delivery at HONK@burdburdthecat.com and include a photo of the issue.  I'll work with you to make it right, whether that means a replacement or a refund.
