Products

Our merchandise is made to order through trusted fulfillment partners. Because each item is produced specifically for you, slight variations in color, placement, or size may occur. We do our best to accurately represent every product.

Orders

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order enters production, it may not be possible to change or cancel it.

Shipping

Production and shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, holidays, weather, or carrier delays. Once an order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Returns & Refunds

Because all products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or buyer's remorse.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work with our fulfillment partner to make it right.
